This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Drive new business revenue throughout the Southeast region.
• Develop, manage, and implement a regional sales strategy for the North Central territory.
• Prospect enterprise accounts and create a qualified pipeline.
• Identify business challenges related to employee productivity, IT support, application adoption, digital transformation, and AI readiness.
• Engage with stakeholders across IT, Digital Workplace, End User Computing, Service Management, Infrastructure, Security, Procurement, and executive leadership.
• Advocate for Nexthink’s value proposition and educate clients on the DEX category.
• Collaborate with business development, marketing, channel, solution consulting, and professional services teams.
• Lead discovery sessions, develop business cases, deliver executive presentations, align proof-of-concept efforts, negotiate deals, and close sales.
• Manage customer expectations throughout evaluations and proof-of-concept phases.
• Sell the complete Nexthink solution, encompassing software, services, and support.
• Cultivate trusted relationships that lead to expansion opportunities and enduring customer value.
• Consistently surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual booking targets.
• Over 7 years of experience in enterprise technology sales within a fast-paced, competitive B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment.
• Demonstrated history of exceeding quotas, including achievements like President’s Club, top representative performance, or consistent over-planning attainment.
• Experience in selling complex solutions to large enterprise IT organizations.
• Ability to advocate for emerging categories and inform buyers on innovative methods for addressing business challenges.
• Strong executive presence with the capability to engage with technical, operational, and business stakeholders.
• Disciplined in territory planning, account strategy, pipeline generation, qualification, forecasting, and deal execution.
• Comfortable overseeing proof-of-concept processes and linking technical validation to business value.
• Consultative sales approach with strong skills in discovery, storytelling, and value-based selling.
• Demonstrated ownership, urgency, resilience, and intellectual curiosity.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in selling disruptive or category-creating technology in high-growth or market-expansion environments.
• Proven track record of acquiring new logos and building territory from the ground up.
• Ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes.
• Strong partner ecosystem mindset with experience working alongside channel, alliance, or services partners.
• Confidence to challenge customer assumptions while establishing trust.
