
Enterprise Account Executive β Midwest

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +3 more states.
β’ Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation.
β’ Collaborate with internal and external resources to enhance sales outcomes.
β’ Achieve and surpass quarterly and yearly revenue goals.
β’ Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients throughout the sales journey.
β’ Provide customized consultative solutions that meet client requirements and desired business results.
β’ Accurately track customer contact information, manage deals, and forecast sales.
β’ Drive and finalize significant deals exceeding $1M.
β’ Recognize and leverage land-and-expand opportunities.
β’ Generate new business through existing networks, self-initiated efforts, inbound inquiries, industry events, renewals, and upselling.
β’ Formulate effective contract negotiation strategies and close deals until signing.
β’ Increase revenue within current accounts and branch out into new enterprise solutions.
β’ Identify, prioritize, and qualify key decision-makers, guiding them through the sales process.
β’ Build relationships with customers, influencers, and industry leaders.
β’ Stay informed about product developments and their potential impact on the market.
β’ Report directly to the VP of Sales within the enterprise team.
β’ Over 8 years of experience selling to large healthcare systems.
β’ Experience engaging with C-level executives (CNOs, CIOs, CTOs) and senior operational leaders (VPs, Directors).
β’ Proven ability to build pipelines and manage intricate sales cycles.
β’ Demonstrated success in consistently meeting and exceeding revenue targets and sales objectives.
β’ Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce for forecasting, opportunity management, and reporting.
β’ Outstanding consultative sales abilities.
β’ Capability to assess customer needs, qualify opportunities, present customized solutions, and convey business outcomes.
β’ Familiarity with early-stage company dynamics and teamwork.
β’ Proven ability to excel in fast-paced, resource-limited environments.
β’ Must reside in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Michigan, or Wisconsin.
β’ Required to adhere to organizational information security protocols and report confirmed or potential security incidents or risks.
β’ Commission potential ranging from $112.5K to $131K.
