
Enterprise Account Executive – Growth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of renewals, retention, and expansion for a portfolio of existing enterprise accounts.
• Establish yourself as a trusted advisor by comprehending customer roadmaps, challenges, and success metrics.
• Develop and maintain robust, multi-threaded relationships with customer champions, executive sponsors, and everyday users.
• Create strategic account plans that outline stakeholders, identify opportunities, and promote upselling and cross-selling.
• Increase ARR by broadening Evinced’s influence into new teams, business units, and applications within current customers.
• Collaborate with Technical Account Managers and Customer Success teams to ensure user adoption, value realization, and reference opportunities.
• Manage multi-year expansion and renewal processes, coordinating with legal, procurement, and security as necessary.
• Provide precise renewal and expansion forecasts while maintaining disciplined CRM practices.
• Report directly to the VP of Sales.
• Work alongside Technical Account Management, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering teams.
• Assist large enterprises in developing accessible web and mobile applications through Evinced’s AI-driven accessibility tools and frameworks.
• Over 7 years of experience in enterprise SaaS roles focused on customer growth and retention, including account management, expansion, and renewals.
• A proven history of becoming a genuine trusted advisor to enterprise clients.
• Experience or significant exposure to customer success, technical account management, or customer support roles.
• Demonstrated success in growing existing accounts through land-and-expand strategies, upselling, and cross-selling with Fortune 500 companies.
• Proficient in managing multi-threaded relationships and strategic account planning over extended cycles.
• Comfortable with technical products and capable of translating adoption and usage into quantifiable business value and alignment with roadmaps.
• Exceptional executive presence and communication skills.
• Located in the United States and adept at working fully remotely.
• Open to travel approximately 25–40% of the time.
• Self-motivated, coachable, and thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous growth-stage environment.
• Prior hands-on experience in customer success or customer support in earlier roles (preferred).
• Familiarity with developer tools, testing/quality, DevOps, or digital experience platforms (preferred).
• Knowledge of digital accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA/Section 508) or the a11y ecosystem (preferred).
