Enterprise Account Executive, Federal Health

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Drive innovation and transformation within Federal Health accounts in the Federal Civilian sector.

• Gain an in-depth understanding of products and effectively communicate their value to clients and system integrators.

• Foster and expand relationships with enterprise accounts.

• Engage with CIOs, IT executives, line-of-business leaders, program managers, and other stakeholders.

• Identify and secure quick, small wins while managing longer, more complex sales processes.

• Surpass activity, pipeline, and revenue objectives.

• Maintain records of customer details, use cases, purchasing timelines, next steps, and forecasts in Salesforce.

• Employ a solution-focused approach to generate customer value.

• Advocate for Databricks' enterprise cloud data platform, which is powered by Apache Spark.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Prioritize opportunities and allocate appropriate resources effectively.

• Develop success plans both internally and externally with accounts.

• Report directly to the Sr. Director of Enterprise Sales.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in an early-stage company.

• Field sales experience in big data, Cloud, or SaaS sales.

• Experience in managing large, complex Federal Health accounts is preferred.

• Established customer relationships with CIOs, program managers, and key decision-makers.

• Ability to articulate complex cloud technologies clearly.

• Over 5 years of experience consistently exceeding sales quotas.

• Proven success in working with and expanding existing accounts.

• Knowledge of Spark and big data is advantageous.

• Strong enthusiasm for cloud technologies.

• Bachelor's Degree required.
