This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and oversee a robust pipeline, balancing both inbound and outbound opportunities.
• Ensure CRM integrity for accurate forecasting, reporting, and deal management.
• Facilitate pricing discussions, negotiations, and contract finalizations with internal stakeholders.
• Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing for enterprise clients.
• Identify and engage with senior decision-makers at data center operators, hyperscalers, colocation and cloud service providers, and telecom carriers.
• Create account strategies that align with data center expansion, network development, and cloud migration projects.
• Conduct discovery-driven sales processes to reveal business challenges and operational objectives.
• Position Exodigo as a key enabler of digital infrastructure deployment.
• Deliver customized presentations that highlight value and return on investment.
• Develop trusted-advisor relationships throughout intricate sales and project lifecycles.
• Collaborate with clients to ensure successful outcomes and long-lasting value.
• Work with product and marketing teams to enhance messaging and go-to-market strategies.
• Provide field insights to shape product development and positioning.
• Share knowledge, support colleagues, and contribute positively to team culture.
• Engage in industry events and conferences to generate leads and promote Exodigo’s brand.
• Represent Exodigo in discussions regarding digital infrastructure, data center development, and connectivity.
• 5–7 years of experience in B2B enterprise or SLG sales, demonstrating a strong background in consultative selling.
• Experience in or familiarity with digital infrastructure sectors (such as data centers, cloud computing, telecom, etc.) is advantageous.
• Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with extended sales cycles.
• Strong comprehension of data center and network infrastructure projects, procurement processes (RFPs), and enterprise purchasing dynamics.
• Capacity to thrive independently in a remote, fast-paced startup setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Consultative selling skills: adept at asking insightful questions, actively listening, and customizing solutions to meet customer needs.
• Executive presence: comfortable engaging and influencing senior-level stakeholders.
• Ownership mentality: managing deals from initial outreach to closure and maintaining engagement after the sale.
