This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Generate new leads and opportunities within a designated territory and secure business to surpass quarterly and annual revenue goals.
• Oversee prospecting sales initiatives aimed at key accounts and collaborate with channel partners to build a robust territory pipeline.
• Engage with prospects through LinkedIn, email, videos, cold calls, meetings, and various other channels.
• Take ownership of the business portfolio by documenting buying criteria, purchasing processes, next steps, stakeholders, and ensuring pipeline accuracy based on evidence.
• Assess and quote customer software licensing requirements.
• Communicate with prospects through phone, email, video conferencing, and in-person meetings when required.
• Assist in account-based, customer-centric marketing campaigns.
• Develop, enhance, and share best practices within the sales team.
• Capture and report account and opportunity data in Salesforce.com (SFDC).
• Utilize Salesforce.com to set daily activities and accurately predict opportunity pipeline.
• A proven track record of over 7 years in a B2B sales position, preferably within a SaaS or subscription model.
• Experience in building and nurturing customer relationships.
• Background in selling technical products to technical buyers.
• Proficiency in territory planning and prospecting using tools like ZoomInfo, SalesLoft, LinkedIn, calling, and networking.
• Expertise in managing and developing a pipeline from Lead Qualification to Closed Won.
• Familiarity with supporting and selling to large enterprise clients and managing and negotiating enterprise deals exceeding 50k USD.
• Capability to drive the sales process through phone calls, emails, virtual meetings, and onsite interactions.
• Proficient in communicating with executive-level contacts and delivering value messages tailored to specific personas.
• Expertise in Salesforce.com.
• Customer-centric approach.
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Strong communication and listening abilities, including managing objections and accepting feedback and coaching.
• Team-oriented, self-motivated, ambitious, and proactive attitude.
• Flexible work policy allowing for 3 days in-office and 2 days remote work each week for employees near office locations.
• Certain locations, such as Australia, operate entirely remotely.
