This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Engage and build relationships with CISOs and CIOs to optimize opportunities for comprehensive security solutions.
• Articulate nuHarbor’s strategic value through consultative and solutions-driven sales methodologies.
• Oversee the entire enterprise sales process, encompassing pipeline generation, acquisition, adoption, expansion, and deepening sales opportunities.
• Accurately forecast, identify market trends, evaluate risks, and advance opportunities throughout the sales process.
• Leverage nuHarbor’s ecosystem and manage relationships with software partners to discover and create new opportunities.
• Achieve or surpass bookings, revenue, margin, and quota objectives.
• Lead intricate deals involving various stakeholders, Services, and OEM channel partners.
• Partner with marketing on market messaging, campaign objectives, and targeted verticals.
• Keep abreast of market trends to craft innovative customer solutions.
• Maintain a solid understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals and technical knowledge of nuHarbor's products and services.
• Travel frequently to client locations, engagements, training sessions, and industry conferences.
• Preferred Bachelor’s Degree; however, proven success and a minimum of two years’ relevant experience may be accepted in place of a degree.
• At least seven years of direct sales experience in the security sector, including information security, enterprise or infrastructure management, SaaS, or complex technology services.
• Demonstrated capability to manage the entire sales lifecycle from lead qualification to deal closure, including qualification, planning for closure, maintaining pipeline hygiene, and negotiation.
• Proven success in strategic, consultative selling and developing new business.
• Track record of meeting revenue, margin, and quota targets through deals exceeding six figures across both public-sector and private-enterprise clients.
• Expertise in consultative selling and positioning cybersecurity as a business enabler.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities, capable of simplifying complex concepts for diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to execute sales strategies and translate customer business needs into successful plans.
• Must be willing to travel frequently to client sites, engagements, training, and industry conferences.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Experience in public-sector sales is preferred.
• Familiarity with selling nuHarbor OEM partner solutions or complex cybersecurity, MSSP, or MSP services is preferred.
• Knowledge of MEDDPIC, Miller Heiman, or similar sales methodologies is preferred.
