This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Engage and build relationships with CISOs and CIOs to optimize opportunities for comprehensive security solutions.
• Articulate nuHarbor’s strategic value through a consultative, solution-oriented sales approach.
• Take ownership of the enterprise sales cycle, encompassing pipeline generation, acquisition, adoption, expansion, and deepening opportunities.
• Provide accurate forecasts, identify trends, evaluate risks, and progress opportunities throughout the sales cycle.
• Leverage the partner ecosystem and manage software-partner relationships to create new opportunities.
• Achieve or surpass bookings, revenue, margin, and quota objectives.
• Lead complex deals involving diverse stakeholders along with Services and OEM channel partners.
• Collaborate with marketing on market messaging, campaign objectives, and targeted verticals.
• Stay informed about market dynamics to foster innovative customer solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals and technical aspects of nuHarbor products and services.
• Travel frequently to client sites, engagements, trainings, and industry conferences.
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, or demonstrated success along with a minimum of two years’ experience in a related field in lieu of a degree.
• A minimum of seven years of direct sales experience in the security industry, including information security, enterprise or infrastructure management, SaaS, or complex technology services.
• Proven capability to manage the sales lifecycle from lead qualification to deal closure, including close planning, pipeline management, and negotiation.
• Demonstrated success in strategic, consultative selling and new business development.
• A successful history of delivering revenue, margin, and quota targets through six-figure deals with both public-sector and private-enterprise clients.
• Expertise in consultative selling and positioning cybersecurity as a business enabler.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for various stakeholders.
• Capacity to implement sales strategies and translate customer business requirements into effective plans.
• Must be able to travel extensively to client sites, engagements, trainings, and industry conferences.
• Must be a citizen of the United States.
• Preferred: experience in public-sector sales.
• Preferred: background in selling OEM partner solutions, complex cybersecurity services, and MSSP/MSP services.
• Preferred: familiarity and experience with MEDDPIC, Miller Heiman, or similar sales methodologies.
