This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify and engage with Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs) and Chief Information Officers (CIOs) to optimize opportunities for comprehensive security solutions.
• Articulate nuHarbor’s strategic advantages utilizing consultative, solutions-oriented sales methodologies.
• Take ownership of the enterprise sales cycle, encompassing pipeline generation, landing, adoption, expansion, and the deepening of sales opportunities.
• Provide accurate forecasts, recognize trends, evaluate risks, and advance opportunities throughout the sales cycle.
• Manage relationships with software partners and leverage the ecosystem to uncover and create new opportunities.
• Achieve or surpass bookings, revenue, margin, and quota objectives.
• Lead intricate deals involving various stakeholders alongside Services and OEM channel partners.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on market messaging, campaign objectives, and targeted verticals.
• Maintain market awareness to foster innovative customer solutions.
• Keep up-to-date with cybersecurity fundamentals and nuHarbor's products and services.
• Uphold nuHarbor’s corporate values: Help Clients Win, Always Improve, Protect the House.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred; however, proven success along with a minimum of two years’ experience in a related field may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
• At least seven years of direct selling experience within the security industry, encompassing information security, enterprise or infrastructure management, SaaS, or complex technology services.
• Demonstrated capability to navigate the sales lifecycle from lead qualification to deal closure, which includes qualification, close planning, pipeline management, and negotiation.
• Proven track record in strategic, consultative selling and new business development.
• History of achieving revenue, margin, and quota goals through six-figure deals with both public-sector and private-enterprise clients.
• Proficiency in consultative selling, positioning cybersecurity as a business enabler.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse stakeholders and audiences.
• Capacity to implement sales strategies and translate customer business needs into successful plans.
• Willingness to travel extensively to client locations, engagements, training sessions, and industry conferences.
• Must be a United States citizen.
• Preferred: experience in public-sector sales; experience in selling OEM partner solutions or cybersecurity, managed security service provider (MSSP), or managed service provider (MSP) services; familiarity with MEDDPIC, Miller Heiman, or similar sales methodologies.
