This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Engage and build relationships with CISOs and CIOs to enhance opportunities for all-encompassing security solutions.
• Articulate nuHarbor’s strategic advantage through consultative, solutions-oriented sales approaches.
• Manage the entire enterprise sales process, encompassing pipeline generation, securing deals, adoption, expansion, and maximizing sales opportunities.
• Provide accurate forecasts, recognize trends, evaluate risks, and progress opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Oversee software-partner relationships and work together to discover and establish new opportunities.
• Achieve or surpass bookings, revenue, and margin objectives.
• Lead intricate deals involving various stakeholders, including Services and OEM channel partners.
• Collaborate with marketing on market positioning, campaign goals, and targeted verticals.
• Stay updated on market trends to create innovative customer solutions.
• Keep abreast of current cybersecurity fundamentals and technical knowledge related to nuHarbor's products and services.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred; however, demonstrated success and a minimum of two years’ experience in a related field may be accepted in place of a degree.
• A minimum of seven years of direct sales experience in the security sector, including information security, enterprise or infrastructure management, SaaS, or complex technology services.
• Proven capability to manage the sales lifecycle from lead qualification to deal closure, which includes qualification, close planning, maintaining pipeline integrity, and negotiation.
• Demonstrated achievements in strategic, consultative selling and new business development.
• A history of meeting revenue, margin, and quota targets through six-figure deals in both public-sector and private-enterprise markets.
• Proficiency in consultative selling and positioning cybersecurity as a business enabler.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for diverse stakeholders.
• Capability to translate customer business needs into effective sales strategies and plans.
• Willingness to travel extensively to client locations, engagements, trainings, and industry conferences.
• Must be a United States citizen.
• Preferred: experience in public-sector sales.
• Preferred: background in selling OEM partner solutions, cybersecurity services, and MSSP/MSP services.
• Preferred: familiarity with MEDDPIC, Miller Heiman, or similar sales methodologies.
