This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of enterprise opportunities through self-initiated prospecting, outbound initiatives, referrals, and incoming leads.
• Research and target accounts in the gas, welding, and industrial supply (GWIS), liquid propane gas (LPG), process manufacturing, and other asset-heavy sectors.
• Create and implement account-based territory strategies for designated accounts on a global scale.
• Manage opportunities from start to finish, including discovery, qualification, solution presentation, ROI/business case formulation, proposal creation, negotiation, and closing.
• Conduct structured discovery sessions to uncover challenges related to asset tracking, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Solutions Engineering to prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations to enterprise buying committees.
• Navigate intricate, multi-stakeholder deals involving procurement, IT, operations, and executive sponsors across various countries and legal jurisdictions.
• Negotiate pricing, contract conditions, and legal aspects for new business and expansion agreements.
• Lead direct sales initiatives and seek suitable co-selling or sourced opportunities through partner and reseller networks.
• Work closely with the Global VP of Sales and regional partner leaders on account coverage and channel conflicts.
• Ensure proper handoffs to Implementation and Customer Success teams post-contract signing.
• Assist with onboarding, identify opportunities for expansion, and safeguard the long-term health of accounts.
• Keep precise pipeline and forecast data in Salesforce and engage in pipeline and forecast review sessions.
• Over 5 years of experience as a quota-carrying Account Executive selling enterprise software, with a proven history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Demonstrated experience managing the complete sales cycle, from self-initiated prospecting to closing and post-sale transitions.
• Experience selling to complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise organizations, including navigating procurement and legal frameworks.
• Proven track record of successful selling and negotiating across international markets and cross-border transactions.
• Strong skills in discovery, business case development, and consultative selling; comfortable engaging both operational and executive-level buyers.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the professionalism necessary for C-level interactions.
• Proficient in CRM and sales engagement tools (Salesforce preferred).
• A 4-year college degree is preferred (in business, engineering, or a related field), or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience selling enterprise software in gas, welding, and industrial supply (GWIS), liquid propane gas (LPG), or process manufacturing, along with existing relationships or networks in these sectors.
• A history of closing large six- to low-seven-figure enterprise deals with major multinational corporations.
• Experience selling inventory tracking, asset management, or IoT/asset visibility software.
• Experience working on deals that involve or are supported by channel/reseller partners.
• Travel up to 40% internationally.
