This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take ownership of the entire enterprise sales process for designated EMEA prospects and strategic accounts, starting from outbound prospecting to contract signing.
• Generate a sales pipeline by identifying and engaging with senior decision-makers in compliance, HR, legal, ethics, investigations, security, and procurement sectors.
• Conduct discovery sessions to comprehend the risk, compliance, operational, and business priorities of prospects, positioning Case IQ for significant outcomes.
• Manage intricate, multi-threaded sales processes that involve executive sponsors, end users, technical evaluators, procurement, legal, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Create and present product demonstrations, tailored value narratives, and executive-level presentations in collaboration with Solutions Engineering.
• Formulate account strategies, mutual action plans, and closing strategies.
• Ensure accurate tracking of opportunity data, next steps, forecasts, and account activities in Salesforce.
• Meet quarterly and annual revenue objectives.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of Case IQ's products, market positioning, customer base, sales methodology, and the regulatory and purchasing landscape in EMEA.
• Collaborate with Sales Development, Solutions Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Customer teams to ensure a high-quality buying experience.
• Over 7 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, showcasing a successful track record in closing complex enterprise deals.
• Experience in selling to large organizations with multiple stakeholders, preferably within governance, risk, compliance, HR technology, investigations, ethics, security, or related enterprise software markets.
• Demonstrated history of meeting or surpassing revenue goals through consultative, value-driven solution selling.
• Strong skills in outbound prospecting and account planning.
• Ability to generate demand independently, rather than relying solely on inbound leads.
• Confidence in engaging executive-level buyers and navigating intricate buying committees across business, technical, legal, and procurement domains.
• Exceptional skills in discovery, presentation, product demonstration, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Strong commercial insight and the ability to link product features to business outcomes, risk mitigation, and operational benefits.
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to customize messages for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools, preferably Salesforce, to manage pipeline, provide accurate forecasts, and maintain organized opportunity records.
• Self-motivated, resilient, collaborative, and adept at operating in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
