This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Take ownership of Kyckr's Financial Services and Banking account segment, reporting directly to the CEO.
β’ Retain and enhance relationships with 12 existing Financial Services and Banking customers.
β’ Oversee approximately 50 target accounts and develop prioritized strategic account plans.
β’ Lead comprehensive enterprise sales cycles, from discovery to technical scoping, commercial negotiations, procurement, vendor onboarding, and security reviews.
β’ Generate new business through KYB and UBO use cases, professional service engagements, and proof-of-concept initiatives.
β’ Broaden use cases into multi-jurisdiction API subscriptions, UBO Discovery, and remediation projects.
β’ Negotiate enterprise commercial terms, including volume tiers, multi-year agreements, and multi-entity arrangements.
β’ Safeguard ARR and gross margin while pursuing cross-selling opportunities across Kyckr's data offerings.
β’ Establish customer reference programs.
β’ Maintain HubSpot deal integrity, account plans, and accurate weekly forecasts.
β’ Conduct monthly business reviews and monitor the Financial Services pipeline and sales KPIs.
β’ Assist RevOps with commission structures, quotas, and territory definitions.
β’ Perform competitor analysis and keep track of developments in the Financial Services market, regulations, and business identity.
β’ Provide market intelligence to inform the product roadmap, pricing strategies, and positioning.
β’ Represent Kyckr at Financial Services events, conferences, and customer panels.
β’ Background in Financial Services sales or as a practitioner, with experience selling data, RegTech, AML/KYC, KYB, compliance, or company-data solutions to Tier-1 and Tier-2 banks.
β’ Managed a β¬1m+ account growth ARR quota and secured individual deals ranging from β¬75k to β¬350k.
β’ Proficient in engaging with senior FS buyers, data engineering teams, vendor risk, and procurement in complex enterprise sales scenarios.
β’ Experienced in navigating 6β12 month deals through intricate procurement processes, vendor onboarding, and security reviews.
β’ Familiar with KYC/AML compliance, financial crime, or KYB buyer personas, procurement cycles, and the competitive landscape.
β’ Capable of translating registry data, beneficial ownership chains, and regulatory requirements into buyer-focused discussions.
β’ Strong skills in written and verbal communication, business case development, and executive briefing.
β’ Existing relationships with senior Tier-1 banking professionals (preferred).
β’ Experience in selling multi-jurisdiction enterprise SaaS (preferred).
β’ Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar structured sales methodologies (preferred).
β’ Knowledge of data resale, white-label, or embedded API partnerships within the Financial Services sector (preferred).
β’ Uncapped OTE (with existing Account Managers achieving 122% and 97% of their targets last year).
