This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Engage with patients who have shown interest in receiving care, providing them with information about Isaac Health’s services and offerings.
• Organize cognitive health screening initiatives.
• Gather medical histories from patients or their caregivers.
• Arrange and coordinate appointments.
• Assist patients with technology-related inquiries and other questions.
• Conduct initial consultations and thorough assessments.
• Articulate the benefits of medical consultations, therapy sessions, and cognitive assessments.
• Facilitate care sessions among patients, caregivers, the medical team, and external care providers.
• Ensure smooth patient care experiences.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficient in Spanish.
• High level of professionalism, patience, and a compassionate approach towards patients and their families.
• Proven experience in a call center environment managing a high volume of outbound and/or inbound calls.
• Previous telehealth experience is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Medicare and insurance principles.
• Effective patient documentation and typing capabilities.
• Experience in navigating multiple systems and completing documentation concurrently during outbound calls.
• Strong overall technological proficiency and a quick ability to learn new software and systems.
• Proficiency with Google Office Suite.
• Experience working with elderly populations.
• Outstanding organizational and management skills.
• Ability to rapidly learn and adhere to established workflows and mandated scripting protocols.
• Comfort and skill in a remote office environment.
• Patience and empathy in interactions with the elderly demographic.
