Enrollment Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the internal authority on the onboarding process for patients and caregivers.

• Oversee the entire program outreach, education, and remote enrollment process from beginning to end.

• Manage a high-volume call list to provide education to patients and care teams regarding the Tembo Health program.

• Coordinate with members, caregivers, and families to secure program consent.

• Collaborate with the Clinical Team and partner organizations to arrange virtual assessments.

• Enroll new patients and caregivers into the program.

• Keep precise and timely records of interactions, assessments, and follow-ups across various platforms.

• Regularly achieve performance KPIs.

• Operate effectively within the fast-paced environment of a startup.

• Execute other assigned responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in English.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• 1-2 years of experience in inside sales or outbound telephonic roles.

• Comfortable with making phone calls throughout the day (minimum of 65 calls per day).

• Minimum internet speed of 25Mbps, with proof of speed test required upon hiring.

• Regular access to a private workspace that is professionally appropriate for frequent video conferencing.

• Workstation setup suitable for remote work requirements.

• Empathy and comfort in engaging with individuals experiencing cognitive decline and their caregivers.

• Ability to comprehend and communicate program benefits effectively.

• Capacity to exercise independent judgment and identify noticeable issues or trends.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to escalate matters as needed.

• Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to multitask.

• High proficiency in navigating computer software and modern technology systems.

• Capability to perform duties remotely with minimal supervision.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
