Enrollment Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Oversee the enrollment team within a designated state or region

• Generate leads and referrals for new clients and their employees

• Build and maintain relationships with case managers, support brokers, independent facilitators, and referral agencies

• Propel enrollments through presentations and meetings with stakeholders and participants

• Accurately communicate enrollment status to referrers and enrollees

• Assist Directors of Business Development in exploring new market opportunities

• Resolve issues and respond to inquiries from staff and external customers

• Ensure training on the GT Caregiver App, GT Tools, roles, responsibilities, and program-specific materials

• Provide daily guidance and communication to enrollment team members

• Assess and enhance processes, efficiency, and service delivery

• Supervise employees and offer performance feedback and coaching

• Ensure employees receive appropriate training and resources

• Assist with staffing, training, scheduling, and recognition programs

• Manage special projects and ongoing process improvement initiatives

• Aid with DocuSign and GT Enroll documentation and training

• Develop and prepare operational plans and project status reports

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is mandatory

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Significant experience managing complex projects with critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities

• Strong organizational and administrative abilities

• Proven track record of meeting deadlines through effective planning and organization

• Ability to manage work pressure while utilizing time management skills

• Capability to foster positive relationships and engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds and abilities

• Experience in initiating and sustaining a highly effective team

• Proficient in Microsoft applications and internet use

• Competent in the use of Excel
