English to Mongolian Language Lead – Marketing, Support, Online Help

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as the Language Lead for a prominent social media platform’s content in areas such as Marketing, Support, Product, and Online Help.

• Execute translation, copy editing, quality control review, machine translation post-editing (MTPE), linguistic review, or transcription tasks.

• Oversee the localization of content from English to Mongolian.

• Perform Linguistic Quality Assurance for other linguists assigned to the account.

• Utilize client platforms and tools, applying the provided CAT tools effectively.

• Adhere to established turnaround times and quality benchmarks for daily submissions, achieving a target On Time Delivery rate of 99%.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess native or near-native proficiency in Mongolian (Mongolia), alongside a strong command of English.

• Have professional experience in translation/localization for Marketing, Support, Product, and Online Help.

• Familiarity with CAT tools is essential.

• Complete mandatory client and Welocalize training sessions (which may take 1 to 2 months).

• Demonstrate the ability to work independently and efficiently.

• Capable of navigating within client platforms and tools.

• Undergo background checks as required by the client.
