This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage a diverse team of Attack Engineers at various seniority levels, facilitating career advancement, mentorship, and development.

• Define technical direction, set priorities, and establish quality standards for AI-driven automation pipelines, vulnerability research, and the Rapid Response product.

• Lead efforts in recruitment and organizational growth.

• Promote continuous learning and uphold high standards for offensive rigor, delivery quality, and secure software development practices.

• Oversee daily triage, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration for urgent CVEs and zero-day vulnerabilities.

• Create operational rhythms to analyze, replicate, and exploit emerging threats shortly after public release.

• Spearhead the engineering of AI-driven harnesses, LLM workflows, and automated systems for vulnerability discovery, patch diffing, and proof-of-concept exploit generation.

• Collaborate with Product Management and field teams to convert vulnerability research into a high-quality product.

• Examine real-world attack data, telemetry, and threat trends to prioritize research objectives and assess the impact of attack coverage.


⛳️ Requirements

• 2-3+ years of direct experience in people management.

• 3+ years in software development.

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, specifically in vulnerability analysis/research or offensive security roles.

• Proven experience in hiring and interviewing engineering talent.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with Product Management, field teams, and customers to produce high-quality end-user products.

• Established capability to balance hands-on technical expertise with strategic leadership.

• Excellent technical writing and communication abilities.

• In-depth, practical knowledge of various vulnerability classes, including remote code execution, authentication bypasses, deserialization, and SSRF.

• Strong background in production software engineering, particularly with Python and SQL.

• Experience with AI harnesses and agentic frameworks.

• Understanding of secure software development practices, Git version control, and effective team workflows.

• Capability to evaluate technical designs and assure the delivery of high-quality, production-safe software.

• Familiarity with database systems such as Postgres or Neo4j.

• Relevant security certifications, such as OSCP or equivalent, are advantageous.
