Engineering Manager – CRM, Loft Lite

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead engineering teams with independence, promoting collaboration, ongoing feedback, and personnel development.

• Manage the entire development lifecycle, from conception to production, ensuring high quality, efficiency, and business impact.

• Define and influence technical, architectural, and product decisions, balancing business requirements with platform sustainability.

• Oversee end-to-end projects, identifying areas for improvement and simplifying the development process.

• Launch and enhance customer-facing products, monitoring growth, adoption, and performance metrics.

• Ensure the maintenance and evolution of legacy and high-scale systems, guaranteeing their availability, performance, and resilience.

• Navigate complex scenarios, reconciling the priorities, changes, and expectations of various stakeholders.

• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and the adoption of engineering best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience leading teams and multiple Software Engineering squads.

• Background in recruiting, personnel development, career planning, and performance management.

• Experience in fast-paced, agile environments with a startup-oriented mindset.

• Proven ability to drive decisions based on metrics (DORA, flow, product, growth, and OKRs).

• Capability to define technology strategy and roadmap in collaboration with Product and other departments.

• Experience in software architecture, modernizing legacy systems, and creating scalable, preferably customer-facing, products.

• Proven experience managing high-volume critical systems (APIs and concurrent users).

• Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders in complex environments.

• Experience with budget management and making structural decisions with organizational implications.

• Strong skills in prioritization, decision-making, and problem-solving.
