This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Engage directly with customer-oriented projects within Vimo's primary business sectors.

• Take ownership of a significant project from start to finish, with full accountability from day one.

• Produce technical documentation including demos, tutorials, blogs, sample workflows, and dashboards.

• Collaborate with product management, engineering, and technical teams to ensure content meets user needs.

• Leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency and explore innovations in content creation and delivery.

• Develop automation demonstrations for repetitive IT processes.

• Articulate Kubernetes workflows or generate container-centric developer resources.

• Create tutorials for AI developer tools and provide practical examples for builders.

• Evaluate product usage or analyze content performance metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program or possess experience in a technical, product, design, communications, or related discipline, such as computer science, engineering, information systems, technical communication, data analytics, or a similar field.

• Open to undergraduate students graduating in 2026 only.

• A genuine interest in technology with the ability to comprehend and explain technical concepts to others.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Comfortable working autonomously and taking initiative in your tasks.

• Experience with AI tools, open-source projects, or developer communities is a plus.

• Prior internship, co-op, or project experience in creating technical content, demos, or tutorials is advantageous.
