This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Participate in a two-year rotational Engineering Graduate Program.
• Engage in real-world projects and tackle intricate engineering challenges.
• Contribute to the fields of mining, technology, innovation, and operational tasks.
• Experience rotations through technical on-site assignments across essential business units.
• Acquire hands-on experience in Mining Services, Technical Services, PPIS, Safety, Project Management, and Supply Chain.
• Involve yourself in rotations that include Field Operations, Technical Services, Manufacturing, Technology, and Commercial.
• Enhance your skills and knowledge through coaching and practical training.
• Adhere to a customized learning roadmap.
• Benefit from career management support, leadership training, and mentorship.
• Transition into potential roles in Mining Services Leadership, Operations, Technical Services, PPIS, Safety, or Project Management.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have the ability to drive a motor vehicle in the United States.
• Must be in the final year of a university undergraduate program or have completed one within the last year.
• Must be willing to undergo a pre-employment background check, medical examination, and drug screening.
• Must be open to living and working anywhere in the United States.
• Must be willing to relocate multiple times during the first two years for each rotation, likely in remote areas throughout the United States, based on business needs.
• Must be prepared to permanently reside and work in a remote location anywhere in the United States after the two-year rotation program, as dictated by business requirements.
• Must live in the United States and be available to attend selection stages in person if necessary.
• Must be open to a start date in June 2027.
• Degree in Mining Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Geology, Geological Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or another suitable engineering discipline is required.
