Engineering Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with sales engineering stakeholders, product teams, and go-to-market (GTM) teams to gather initial feature ideas.

• Convert sales narratives and strategies into precise functional user stories and workflows in Jira.

• Employ storytelling and visual mapping techniques to swiftly iterate on mockups and prototypes.

• Effectively utilize company-approved AI tools to enhance delivery, documentation, and user-flow creation.

• Conduct manual testing on complex Identity and Access Management (IAM) features, including mobile push notifications and biometric/selfie identity verifications.

• Facilitate feedback between developers and sales stakeholders to ensure polished, demo-ready prototypes.

• Keep informed about current sales and sales engineering processes while promoting improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in business analysis, technical support, or systems analysis settings.

• Capacity to work autonomously without continuous daily guidance.

• Skill in translating early-stage business inputs into clear, logical data flows or step-by-step user journeys for developers.

• Curiosity and capability to test applications across various platforms, mobile devices, and web browsers.

• Practical experience with Generative AI.

• Familiarity with or exposure to Identity & Access Management (IAM) or Cyber Security concepts.

• Experience in crafting concise, context-driven prompts and utilizing AI as a daily productivity enhancer.

• Understanding of sales environments, sales engineering, or customer-facing technology roles.
