This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Play an active role in the technical development and dependable maintenance of the bus fleet.
• Serve as the technical liaison between workshops and vehicle as well as system manufacturers.
• Evaluate faults and vulnerabilities while coordinating technical enhancement measures.
• Provide support for the vehicle systems of current vehicles and manage technical and operational requirements.
• Create and refine maintenance strategies and processes.
• Assume full responsibility for warranty, guarantee, and goodwill cases.
• A completed degree (Bachelor’s or a degree from a university of applied sciences) in vehicle engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a similar qualification, or equivalent skills and knowledge gained through extensive professional experience.
• Proficient in the German language (minimum CEFR level C1).
• Familiarity with technical regulations and legislation, including DGUV regulations and DIN standards.
• Strong understanding of maintenance processes, electronic vehicle systems, and systematic fault diagnosis.
• Excellent communication skills and a confident demeanor when serving as the interface between vehicle manufacturers and workshops, as well as when coordinating and aligning requests and requirements.
