This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Armenia, +3 more states.

• Analyze architectural drawings and submitted quotations to identify suitable installation methods for glass, aluminum, and steel partition systems.

• Conduct accurate take-offs for door and partition openings derived from architectural and shop drawings.

• Read and interpret door schedules and hardware sets to ensure precise product selection and compatibility.

• Collaborate with the sales team to clarify project scope, technical specifications, and timelines.

• Request compliance and regulatory certification documents as necessary.

• Create comprehensive quotes that detail included materials, scope of work, exclusions, assumptions, and conditions.

• Detect and rectify technical errors made by sales managers and suggest alternatives or solutions.

• A technical degree in Mechanical or Civil/Structural Engineering.

• Strong spatial reasoning and technical problem-solving abilities.

• Demonstrated experience with quantity take-offs from construction and mechanical drawings.

• Proficient in reading and interpreting civil and mechanical drawings, hardware sets, and layouts.

• Skilled in Excel or Google Sheets, including basic formulas.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.

• Comfortable working with scaled PDFs, including those in Adobe Acrobat.

• Fluent in Russian.

• Upper-intermediate English (B2) with strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Availability for full-time work in alignment with EST/New York time, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

• Technical degree or relevant experience as an Engineer/Estimator.
