This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the development and upkeep of CECP’s engagement operating model across various platforms, with a focus on Salesforce and Monday.com.
• Maintain and refresh Salesforce CRM records, including details related to accounts, contacts, engagement, and opportunities.
• Create and sustain Monday.com boards for company-specific tasks, reminders, engagement triggers, workflows, and project planning.
• Organize company intelligence gathered from Salesforce, meeting notes, engagement history, surveys, events, Insights requests, MyCECP activity, public company news, and additional sources.
• Aid in the development and testing of AI-driven tools, resources, and internal solutions that link Salesforce, Outlook, Monday.com, and other platforms.
• Evaluate, document, and enhance processes utilizing AI tools, automation, dashboards, and structured prompts.
• Support the reporting and analysis of engagement trends, company activities, risk indicators, outreach frequency, and value capture.
• Prepare materials for internal discussions, update trackers, document workflows, organize resources, and assist with various Strategic Engagement projects.
• Collaborate with all team members and report to the Associate Director of Strategic Engagement.
• Current graduate student preferred in fields such as business administration, information systems, data science, or related disciplines.
• Strong attention to detail with proven experience in maintaining accurate data across multiple systems.
• Experience with CRM platforms; Salesforce experience is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Monday.com or similar project management/workflow tools.
• Interest in practical applications of AI, automation, and workflow tools.
• Ability to transform disorganized or fragmented information into clear trackers, summaries, action plans, or process documentation.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Suite, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, or comparable platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and capacity to manage multiple data projects concurrently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a capacity to work independently.
• High level of initiative, motivation, and commitment to accuracy and excellence.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm and interest in promoting CECP's mission.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and currently residing in the United States.
• Proper authorization to work in the United States.
• Fully remote work arrangement.
• Internship opportunity from October 2026 through May 2027.
