This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee risks associated with the effectiveness of the BioCatch solution for clients

• Act as the main point of contact for consulting, incident reporting, and customer escalations

• Manage projects and offer strategic guidance to ensure compliance with timelines and scope

• Monitor milestones and deliverables while identifying potential timeline threats

• Relay customer expectations to the Solution Delivery and Threat Analyst teams

• Spearhead the resolution of customer issues, implement action plans, and keep stakeholders updated

• Mentor project teams and provide constructive performance feedback

• Organize regular meetings with customers to discuss product updates, roadmap insights, and feature adoption

• Represent customer interests with Solutions, R&D, Products, and Engineering teams

• Conduct and present Quarterly Business Reviews to customer business stakeholders

• Update internal stakeholders on customer status and key performance indicators

• Prepare, review, or contribute to Statements of Work; assess technical feasibility and estimate required effort

• Collaborate with Strategic Account Managers to uncover new sales opportunities

• Engage with customers across various sectors, primarily focusing on financial institutions in North America


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of post-sales consulting experience in the cybersecurity, fraud, payments, or technology sectors, particularly with top-tier clients, especially in financial institutions

• Proficiency in communicating, presenting, and writing in English

• A Bachelor's degree in a subject or quantitative field; strong candidates with relevant experience will also be considered

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities

• Experience working with highly technical internal and external teams, effectively translating requirements and insights to non-technical decision-makers

• Strong consultative capabilities, collaboration, option exploration, demonstrations, and active listening to understand client needs

• Proficiency in employing data quality concepts and tools to address client challenges

• Advanced organizational and project management skills

• Excellent time management abilities and commitment to deadlines

• Capacity to prioritize and manage multiple requests simultaneously

• Ability to thrive in a team environment, seek input and feedback, and navigate conflicts

• Capability to perform well under pressure

• Resourcefulness and effectiveness in operating with minimal supervision

• A positive outlook and entrepreneurial mindset
