This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.
• Oversee risks affecting the effectiveness of the BioCatch solution for key clients.
• Act as the primary contact for consultation, incident reporting, and escalations.
• Collaborate with BioCatch Support, Service Delivery, Threat Analysts, and Data Scientists.
• Convey customer expectations to the Solution Delivery and Threat Analyst teams.
• Lead the resolution of customer issues, implement plans, and keep stakeholders updated.
• Organize and facilitate customer meetings regarding product releases and feedback on the roadmap.
• Advocate for clients within Solutions, R&D, Products, and Engineering teams.
• Conduct and present Customer Business Reviews to business owners and executives, whether onsite or remotely.
• Provide internal updates regarding customer status and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Strategic Account Managers to discover new sales opportunities.
• Promote the BioCatch behavioral biometrics solution at conferences and develop a cybersecurity professional brand.
• Assist in organizing BioCatch events, invite customers, and encourage their participation.
• Support the collection of supplier compliance forms and other requests from customers.
• Coordinate projects and provide strategic guidance for the delivery of new customer use cases.
• Develop and revise technology delivery project plans, timelines, resource requirements, and task responsibilities.
• Create work breakdown structures and enhance project efficiency.
• Monitor milestones and deliverables, coordinate with customer delivery teams, and identify risks to timelines.
• Coach project teams and offer performance feedback.
• Prepare, review, or contribute to Statements of Work; ensure technical feasibility and estimate required efforts.
• Provide support during customer-support escalations in production incidents.
• Cultivate executive-level customer relationships and align BioCatch capabilities with customer strategies.
• 8 years of post-sales consulting experience in cybersecurity, fraud, payments, or technology, particularly with top-tier clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Physics, Computer Science, or Information Systems; strong candidates from other fields will also be considered.
• Expert-level proficiency in utilizing data quality concepts and tools to effectively address client issues.
• Advanced organizational abilities and project management skills.
• Proficient in English and Spanish, including reading, writing, and speaking.
• Fluency in Portuguese is highly desirable.
• Exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly for executive-level interactions.
• Experience collaborating with highly technical internal and external teams and translating requirements for non-technical decision-makers.
• Expert-level consultative and active listening abilities.
• Strong skills in time management, prioritization, and multitasking.
• Capability to work effectively in a team environment, solicit input and feedback, and handle conflicts.
• Ability to perform well under pressure, demonstrating drive, motivation, coachability, competitiveness, curiosity, accountability, and integrity.
