This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Drive sales growth and enhance market share for BD's Endourology portfolio.

• Develop and implement business plans for the territory.

• Identify new growth opportunities and increase utilization within current accounts.

• Establish and nurture relationships with physicians, clinicians, supply chain teams, healthcare administrators, and other key decision-makers.

• Collaborate with Procedural Sales Specialists, Regional Sales Managers, Directors of National Accounts, and Strategic Customer teams.

• Conduct business reviews, forecast sales, and provide updates on the territory.

• Support product evaluations, physician training, case coverage, and the adoption of new technologies.

• Assist with IDN, health system, and GPO initiatives.

• Identify opportunities for competitive conversions and develop new business strategies.

• Collect competitive intelligence on market trends, customer needs, products, and pricing.

• Maintain an active sales pipeline and utilize CRM tools for managing opportunities and forecasting business.

• Analyze account performance and implement necessary action plans.

• Provide product education, in-service training, and clinical support.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical business practices.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• At least three years of proven sales experience, preferably in medical devices, healthcare, surgical technologies, or related sectors.

• Preferred experience in urology, endourology, operating room, capital equipment, or healthcare sales.

• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence various stakeholders within complex healthcare settings.

• Understanding of hospital purchasing processes, IDN structures, value analysis committees, and physician decision-making dynamics.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and effectively managing a sales territory.

• Strong skills in business planning, organization, and time management.

• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in CRM platforms, Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, and business planning tools.

• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
