This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Propel sales expansion and enhance market share within a designated territory by advocating for BD's Endourology product line.
• Formulate and implement strategic business plans tailored to the territory.
• Discover new growth avenues and increase usage within current accounts.
• Foster connections with physicians, clinicians, supply chain personnel, healthcare administrators, and other key decision-makers.
• Work alongside Procedural Sales Specialists, Regional Sales Managers, Directors of National Accounts, and Strategic Customer teams.
• Conduct business assessments, forecasting, and performance coaching that align with sales targets.
• Assist with product assessments, physician training, case coverage, and the adoption of new technologies.
• Support Integrated Delivery Network (IDN), health system, and Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) initiatives within the territory.
• Implement strategies for competitive conversion opportunities and new business development.
• Collect competitive insights regarding market trends, customer requirements, product offerings, and pricing strategies.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline while utilizing CRM tools to oversee opportunities and forecasts.
• Evaluate account performance and execute action plans accordingly.
• Provide product education, in-service training, and clinical support as needed.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and ethical business practices.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• At least three years of successful sales experience, ideally in medical devices, healthcare, surgical technologies, or related fields.
• Experience in urology, endourology, operating room environments, capital equipment, or healthcare sales is preferred.
• Proven track record of building relationships and influencing various stakeholders in complex healthcare settings.
• Familiarity with hospital procurement processes, IDN structures, value analysis committees, and the dynamics of physician decision-making.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing sales goals and effectively managing a sales territory.
• Strong skills in business planning, organization, and time management.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation capabilities.
• Proficient in CRM platforms, Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, and business planning tools.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
