Endoluminal Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Offer procedural assistance to new users to enhance safety and facilitate effective learning progression.

• Collaborate with senior hospital personnel and key physicians to implement Ion® at new client locations and ensure continued system usage.

• Support the collection of user and procedural data for QTI and benchmarking metrics.

• Partner with ESM and Marketing teams to develop Ion Catalyst Programs based on clinical, economic, and strategic validation.

• Oversee case observations, training laboratories, first case series, and the development of teams and programs.

• Attain expertise in Pulmonology, Oncology, Interventional Radiology, and the integration of Thoracic Treatments.

• Work alongside da Vinci local sales teams, leadership, and Key Accounts to synchronize stakeholders and execute market strategy in major MSAs.

• Handle administrative responsibilities, SFDC, and expense reporting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in healthcare sales.

• Proven capability to manage complexities and operate in a changing environment.

• Demonstrated ability to comprehend new market dynamics and promote the adoption of disruptive technologies.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Experience in selling medical capital equipment is preferred.

• Exceptional clinical selling skills and the ability to quickly gain credibility with a knowledgeable customer base.

• Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.

• Residing near a major airline hub is essential.

• Familiarity with the Pulmonology/Bronchoscopy environment is an advantage.
