This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Offer procedural guidance to new users to ensure safety and facilitate effective learning progression.
• Collaborate with senior hospital personnel and key physicians to implement Ion® at new client locations.
• Maintain ongoing customer engagement with and effective use of the Ion® system.
• Assist in capturing user and procedural data for QTI and benchmarking analytics.
• Partner with ESM and Marketing to develop Ion Catalyst Programs.
• Oversee case observations, training sessions, first case series, and the formation of teams and programs.
• Cultivate clinical expertise in Pulmonology, Oncology, Interventional Radiology, and Thoracic Treatment integration.
• Work alongside da Vinci local sales teams, leadership, and Key Accounts to ensure alignment among internal and external stakeholders.
• Execute market strategies in major metropolitan statistical areas (MSAs).
• Handle administrative responsibilities, SFDC, and expense reporting.
• Build and nurture early sustainable Ion® users and programs, including key opinion leader (KOL) development.
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• At least 5 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years in healthcare sales.
• Capability to manage complexity and navigate in a changing environment.
• Proficiency in understanding new market dynamics and promoting the adoption of innovative technologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in selling medical capital equipment.
• Exceptional clinical selling abilities.
• Ability to quickly establish credibility with a well-educated clientele.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.
• Must be located near a major airline hub.
• Residency in or willingness to relocate to the greater Chicago area is required.
• Familiarity with the Pulmonology/Bronchoscopy sector is advantageous.
• Current proof of vaccination against specific diseases, including COVID-19, may be required by Intuitive and/or clients.
• Candidates may need to comply with U.S. export-control licensing or Technology Control Plan requirements.
• Total target compensation is set at $208,750 for Region 1 and $200,250 for Region 2 (includes base pay and commission; base salary not specified).
