This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France, +1 more country.
• Promote and sell the Ion Endoluminal System to both new and existing hospitals within the designated territory.
• Oversee the entire capital sales process from initial prospecting through to contract signing and installation.
• Formulate territory and strategic account plans that align with regional business goals.
• Cultivate executive, clinical, and economic advocacy among C-suite executives, physicians, procurement teams, and hospital administration.
• Conduct executive presentations, engage in business case discussions, and lead value-based selling initiatives.
• Identify and establish relationships with new accounts, clinical champions, and key opinion leaders.
• Coordinate cross-functional deal teams that encompass Clinical Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Finance, Legal, Service, and Operations.
• Assist with tenders, procurement processes, and contract negotiations.
• Ensure a seamless transition from capital sales to clinical implementation and the adoption of procedures.
• Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline, including forecasting and opportunity management.
• Meet quarterly and annual sales objectives.
• Build and sustain customer relationships throughout the assigned territory.
• Develop persuasive financial and clinical business cases.
• Increase market awareness and promote the adoption of the Ion platform.
• Guarantee successful implementation and long-term customer satisfaction.
• Act as the strategic commercial lead for opportunities and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance market adoption and procedural growth.
• At least 5 years of experience in medical device sales.
• Prior experience in selling capital medical equipment is preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive audiences.
• Understanding of bronchoscopy, endoscopy, and/or operating room settings.
• Proven experience in strategic account management and managing complex stakeholders.
• Capability to work effectively in a cross-functional matrix organization.
• Strong analytical skills, negotiation abilities, and business planning expertise.
• Willingness to travel extensively, estimated at approximately 70% of the time.
• Candidates may be subject to U.S. export control licensing or a Technology Control Plan, where applicable.
