This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Promote the Ion Endoluminal System to both new and established hospitals within the designated territory.
• Oversee the entire capital sales process from initial prospecting to contract signing and installation.
• Formulate territory and strategic account plans that align with regional business goals.
• Foster executive, clinical, and economic advocacy among C-suite executives, physicians, procurement teams, and hospital administration.
• Conduct executive presentations, engage in business case discussions, and implement value-based selling strategies.
• Identify new accounts, clinical advocates, and key opinion leaders to facilitate market growth.
• Coordinate with cross-functional deal teams, including Clinical Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Finance, Legal, Service, and Operations.
• Assist in tenders, procurement activities, and contract negotiations.
• Ensure a seamless transition from capital sale to clinical implementation and procedural adoption.
• Keep an accurate CRM pipeline, manage forecasting, and track opportunities effectively.
• Travel frequently, approximately 70% of the time.
• Meet quarterly and annual sales goals.
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships throughout the assigned territory.
• Develop financial and clinical business cases.
• Enhance forecast accuracy and maintain disciplined pipeline management.
• Increase market awareness and speed up the adoption of the Ion platform.
• Guarantee successful implementation and long-term customer satisfaction.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in medical device sales.
• Preferred experience in selling capital medical equipment.
• Exceptional executive communication and presentation abilities.
• Familiarity with bronchoscopy, endoscopy, and/or operating room settings.
• Proven track record in strategic account management and managing complex stakeholders.
• Capability to work collaboratively within a matrix organization.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and business planning competencies.
• Openness to extensive travel.
