This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Promote the Ion Endoluminal System to both new and existing hospitals within the designated region.
• Oversee the entire capital sales cycle from identifying prospects to securing contracts and facilitating installations.
• Formulate territory and strategic account plans that align with regional business goals.
• Foster executive, clinical, and economic advocacy among C-suite executives, physicians, procurement teams, and hospital administration.
• Conduct executive presentations, engage in business case discussions, and lead value-based selling initiatives.
• Discover new accounts, clinical advocates, and key opinion leaders to propel market growth.
• Coordinate intricate cross-functional deal teams across Clinical Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Finance, Legal, Service, and Operations.
• Assist with tenders, procurement activities, and contract negotiations.
• Ensure a seamless transition from capital sales to clinical implementation and procedural adoption.
• Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline, including forecasting and opportunity management.
• Travel frequently, approximately 70% of the time.
• Meet quarterly and annual sales objectives.
• Cultivate sustainable customer relationships throughout the assigned territory.
• Develop persuasive financial and clinical business cases.
• Enhance market awareness and expedite the adoption of the Ion platform.
• Guarantee successful implementation and long-term customer satisfaction.
• At least 5 years of experience in medical device sales.
• Previous experience in selling capital medical equipment is preferred.
• Exceptional executive communication and presentation abilities.
• Familiarity with bronchoscopy, endoscopy, and/or operating room settings.
• Proven track record in strategic account management and handling complex stakeholder relationships.
• Capability to collaborate cross-functionally within a matrix organization.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and business planning competencies.
• Willingness to travel extensively, approximately 70% of the time.
