Endoluminal Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Report directly to the Endoluminal Program Director

• Establish and enhance the clinical field sales team within the designated region

• Oversee and direct the launches and utilization of the ION System program within the current installed base

• Manage installations, training, and growth of utilization within the assigned region

• Recruit, train, and develop the ESR/ETA clinical team

• Increase the usage of ION procedures in existing accounts

• Oversee training and educational initiatives within the installed base

• Support the development of Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) across the region

• Provide the clinical sales team with updates on new and existing product information

• Collaborate with training and marketing departments to execute strategies and programs as directed by senior management

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory

• A proven history in ION® sales or over 5 years of experience in clinical sales management is required

• Comprehensive understanding of the operating room and endoscopy environment

• Demonstrated experience in selling medical capital equipment

• Prior experience in managing and directing a salesforce in the medical device sector

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities

• Proficient in computer skills

• Must attend ISI field sales management training course

• Strong interviewing competencies

• Current proof of vaccination against specific diseases, including COVID-19, may be required by Intuitive and/or customers

• Candidates may be subject to U.S. export-control regulations, which may include an export license or Technology Control Plan
