This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate and execute sales strategies aimed at achieving or surpassing revenue goals.
• Develop value propositions specifically designed for clients in the industrial market.
• Oversee the complete sales cycle, from initial prospecting to final closure.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers in security, IT, and operations.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by comprehending customer needs and aligning solutions with business and operational challenges.
• Keep abreast of HID physical access control solutions, including mobile credentials and controller technology.
• Educate customers through demonstrations and training on solution capabilities, installation considerations, and best practices.
• Represent HID at trade shows, industry events, and customer forums.
• Track and assess sales performance metrics, account activities, and pipeline health.
• Provide leadership insights on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer requirements.
• Conduct market research across logistics, manufacturing, retail, and industrial sectors.
• Seek opportunities for market expansion within North America.
• Collaborate with product development, marketing, engineering, channel, and customer support teams.
• Ensure that sales activities adhere to industry regulations, customer specifications, and company standards.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within physical access control, electronic security, or related technology solutions.
• Familiarity with the corporate culture, environment, and decision-making processes of end-users in logistics, manufacturing, retail, and industrial markets.
• Strong understanding of HID products and solutions, with the ability to align them with customer business drivers.
• Insight into the requirements and tools of the consultant community relevant to security system specifications and deployment in industrial settings.
• Proficient technical knowledge of Physical Access Control Solutions (PACS), authentication technologies, and HID’s PACS roadmap.
• Awareness of HID Global’s sales development ecosystem, including business segments, channel rationalization, and sales processes.
• Experience in managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, including executive and operational decision-makers.
• Proven success in consultative selling and positioning solutions to end-user customers.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, capable of engaging C-level executives and corporate management.
• Strong business acumen, organizational skills, and time management abilities; self-starter with the capability to work independently.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant industry experience will be considered.
• Willingness to travel extensively within North America.
• Must be currently and legally authorized to live and work in the United States.
