Encompass Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with relevant business units to pinpoint areas for improvement and implement, manage, and sustain Encompass settings and processes.

• Oversee input forms, business rules, major releases, loan programs, eFolder settings, disclosures, HMDA support, investor suspense requests, DMI export, servicing transfers, warehouse data tapes, and archive loan strategies.

• Assess the Encompass system, CCM integrations, and business workflows to facilitate enhancements in process flow.

• Design and execute approved change requests utilizing both basic and advanced input forms and business rules.

• Diagnose and resolve issues related to system functionality.

• Ensure project deadlines are adhered to and keep the project management system updated.

• Keep track of trends, methodologies, and upcoming initiatives from Ellie Mae regarding Encompass.

• Partner with the .Net Team to address incoming requests.

• Confirm that system updates do not negatively impact overall system performance.

• Work alongside the Product Manager on incoming requests.

• Serve as an escalation point for general inquiries and troubleshooting requests from Support.


⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Ellie Mae Encompass Administration.

• At least 5 years’ experience in constructing Input Forms and developing Business Rules within Encompass/LOS.

• Over 5 years’ experience in the Mortgage Industry.

• Encompass Administrator Certification is required.

• Experience with Encompass Web is a plus.

• Comprehensive understanding of the loan lifecycle from point of sale through servicing and secondary markets.

• Advanced knowledge of real estate lending regulations and compliance standards.

• Familiarity with JIRA is advantageous.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills to foster positive relationships with system stakeholders.
