This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Interpret, abstract, manage, and administer real estate leases and various contract documents for the Sutter Health system across all locations.

• Oversee both owned and non-owned properties, including leases for physicians and non-physicians.

• Generate and deliver reports tailored to business requirements.

• Monitor the progress of lease transactions.

• Inform relevant parties of important deadlines.

• Prepare notices and communications related to leases.

• Engage in due diligence assessments for real property acquisitions and sales.

• Assist management in addressing issues and disputes with third-party tenants and landlords.

• Ensure the execution and delivery of legal documents is handled properly.

• Provide mentorship and training to staff regarding departmental functions, processes, and systems.

• Supervise database updates to guarantee the accuracy of records related to owned and leased real estate.

• Suggest enhancements to processes and procedures.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.

• Five years of experience as a Lease Administrator, Property Manager, or Real Estate Portfolio Manager.

• Capability to interpret, comprehend, manage, and articulate real estate and lease documents.

• Proficient in computer skills, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe products.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and conflict resolution capabilities.

• Ability to communicate effectively with both internal staff and external vendors, including various levels of leadership and key stakeholders.

• Understanding of accounting principles relevant to the preparation of financial statements, accounting system familiarity, and internal control review.

• Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining organized supporting documentation.

• Knowledge in writing and implementing policies and procedures.

• Aptitude for managing substantial workloads from diverse sources.
