This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Coordinate, expedite, and document updated supplier delivery timelines in PRISM in collaboration with Acquisition.
• Assist in executing proposal initiatives and training to develop into a Material Program Manager.
• Acquire released Technical Data Packages (TDP).
• Report on the overall status of Supply Chain Management and implement the program's SCM strategy.
• Conduct MRP and critical path analysis for materials related to end-item deliveries that are in discrepancy.
• Contribute to Supply Chain proposal activities.
• Maintain Material Acquisition lead time records in PRISM.
• Facilitate timely placement of purchase orders.
• Aid in the review of RFQs/RFPs directed to suppliers.
• Manage property disposition, closeout excess factory materials, and finalize inventory material.
• Support SCM performance metrics.
• Assist with line-of-business operations.
• Oversee return-to-vendor processes.
• Assist with DMS, obsolescence, and lifetime-buy initiatives.
• Support the execution of purchase orders/subcontracts utilizing the Raytheon enterprise system.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
• Typically requires a University Degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related discipline along with at least 3 years of experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of directly related work experience in Supply Chain or a comparable field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with SAP/PRISM and the suite of Supply Chain tools.
• U.S. citizenship is mandatory.
• Capability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance.
• An active and existing DoD Secret security clearance is necessary from day one.
• Prior experience in Procurement/Subcontracts is preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project is advantageous.
• A Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with Raytheon systems, processes, and procedures is advantageous.
• Raytheon Six Sigma Specialist certification is preferred.
