This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
β’ Create emulation models from RTL designs utilizing synthesis, partitioning, and routing tools.
β’ Integrate and troubleshoot hardware and software components for emulation testing of new features.
β’ Define and execute capabilities, tools, and methodologies to enhance the usability of emulation models.
β’ Analyze and refine emulation environments and test suites for improved performance and efficiency.
β’ Collaborate with design, verification, validation, and software teams.
β’ Develop scripts, automation processes, and methodologies to optimize emulation utilization.
β’ Engage in SoC and IP bring-up and conduct root cause analysis for testbench issues.
β’ Troubleshoot emulator environments.
β’ Improve hybrid emulation environments that integrate virtual platforms with emulation models.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communication, or a related field.
β’ 10β12 years of relevant experience.
β’ Proficiency in building and debugging emulation models.
β’ Familiarity with emulation platforms such as ZeBu, Veloce, or Palladium.
β’ Experience in debugging RTL code; Verilog is preferred.
β’ Knowledge of reset and boot debugging at SoC level designs.
β’ Programming expertise in Python, C/C++, Perspec, and Verilog.
β’ Acquainted with Synopsys tools and emulation platforms like ZeBu or HAPS.
β’ Understanding of Intel CPU architecture or x86 architecture.
β’ Exposure to system-level emulation-based verification and virtual platforms.
β’ Strong multi-tasking abilities.
β’ Excellent collaboration, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
β’ Fully remote work model.
β’ Occasional visits to Intel sites as required by business needs.
