Employment Law Legal Counsel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance and support to clients on various employment law issues

• Oversee and manage specific procedures, especially regarding disciplinary actions and the termination of employment contracts

• Draft and ensure that company agreements are legally compliant

• Prepare essential employment-related documents

• Organize and supervise elections for employee representatives

• Perform employment law audits and legal oversight tasks

• Assist payroll administrators with any legal inquiries they may have

• Work in collaboration with different departments within the firm to deliver comprehensive and high-quality client support

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's degree (or equivalent) in Employment Law

• Initial successful experience, preferably in an accounting firm, law firm, or a similar setting

• Exceptional drafting abilities and a strong adherence to legal standards

• A customer service mindset with robust interpersonal skills

• A keen intellectual curiosity and strong analytical skills

• Independence, strong organizational capabilities, and a collaborative team spirit

• Proficient in office software and legal research tools
