Employment and Workplace Relations – Online Facilitation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Offer subject matter expertise to a cohort of 20–25 undergraduate online learners

• Assist students with academic writing, research, and time management skills

• Conduct individual sessions for clarifying doubts, providing academic guidance, and reviewing assessment drafts

• Direct students towards appropriate reference materials

• Evaluate assessments and deliver comprehensive feedback

• Facilitate discussion forums

• Deliver proactive, timely, and personalized support for student inquiries and challenges

• Communicate with students through email, calls, and online sessions

• Aid students in analyzing the roles of trade unions, management, and the state

• Assist students in applying employment legislation to real-world workplace situations

• Guide students in assessing negotiation processes and comprehending the economic implications of workplace relations

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as an online educator (LINC Fellow)

• In-depth knowledge of employment and workplace relations

• Proficiency in employment relations frameworks, workplace negotiations, industrial disputes, and associated employment legislation

• Minimum of 3+ years of teaching experience at a reputable university or college and/or professional experience in relevant fields within the past 5 years

• Formal teaching experience at a university or college is preferred

• Master's or Bachelor's Degree with distinction or first-class honors from a top university in India

• Compassionate, ambitious, warm, and sociable personality eager to engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds

• Proficient in English with outstanding verbal and written communication skills

• Access to a working laptop

• Reliable high-speed internet connection of at least 10 MBPS

• Capability to learn and utilize technology platforms, including the host university’s LMS and LINCtrac

• Availability between 12 pm and 6 pm daily
