This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Act as the primary case owner for Global Mobility, Immigration, and Leave Support inquiries from initiation to resolution, ensuring proactive communication with employees throughout each case lifecycle.
• Assist employees and managers in navigating global mobility, immigration, and leave procedures by clarifying eligibility, timelines, documentation requirements, expectations, and subsequent steps.
• Oversee case milestones, documentation, service level agreements, and reporting within Workday, JustAsk, and other case management systems.
• Manage the employee-facing experience for sensitive, compliance-related cases and coordinate transitions with Benefits and subject matter experts.
• Elevate complex policy, compliance, accommodation, or legal issues while maintaining primary contact with the employee.
• Recognize recurring employee inquiries and opportunities for process enhancement or automation, contributing to knowledge management, reporting, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Human Resources, Benefits, Payroll, Legal, Immigration Teams, third-party administrators, vendors, managers, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources Operations, Employee Services, Global Mobility, Immigration, Benefits, Leave Administration, Employee Relations, or a similar People function.
• Proven experience managing sensitive, complex, multi-stakeholder employee cases while delivering high-quality support and managing priorities, confidentiality, and service-level commitments.
• Familiarity with Global Mobility and Immigration procedures and/or Leave of Absence programs, including the Family and Medical Leave Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, disability, state leave, and paid leave initiatives.
• Experience in both Global Mobility/Immigration and Leave of Absence areas is preferred.
• Ability to articulate complex policies and processes clearly, empathetically, and professionally while balancing employee advocacy with policy and compliance considerations.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with Benefits, Payroll, Human Resources Business Partners, Legal, managers, immigration counsel, vendors, and third-party administrators.
• Proficient in using HR information systems and case management platforms like Workday and JustAsk.
• Strong organizational abilities, analytical thinking, and a continuous improvement attitude.
• May be required to obtain a gaming license issued by the relevant state agency as a condition of employment, if applicable to the role.
