This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
β’ Oversee intricate employee relations casework throughout EMEA, encompassing performance management, probation evaluations and extensions, disciplinary issues, grievances, investigations, and terminations.
β’ Offer coaching and support to managers regarding complex employee relations topics, employment laws, and both global and local HR policies and procedures.
β’ Assist managers in handling sensitive employee situations while ensuring outcomes are fair, consistent, and compliant with legal standards.
β’ Conduct comprehensive, objective, and timely investigations into workplace issues, policy breaches, allegations of misconduct, and employee complaints.
β’ Foster and maintain collaboration with employee representative entities, such as Works Councils.
β’ Oversee consultation activities, ensuring adherence to local statutory obligations and commitments to employee representatives.
β’ Execute country-specific legal processes as necessary.
β’ Guide leaders and employees through the accommodation process.
β’ Identify trends and patterns in employee relations activities and escalate complex or high-risk issues as needed.
β’ Support organizational change efforts, including restructures, acquisitions, workforce reductions, and business transformation initiatives.
β’ Collaborate with Legal, HR Business Partners, and business leaders on intricate employee relations matters.
β’ Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of employee relations processes, documentation, manager capabilities, and best practices across EMEA.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Employment Relations, Labour Relations, or a related discipline.
β’ At least 5 years of Employee Relations experience in support of multiple EMEA countries.
β’ Proven experience with Works Councils, employee representative bodies, and consultation methodologies.
β’ Experience managing investigations, disciplinary actions, grievances, performance evaluations, probation management, and terminations within EMEA.
β’ Strong understanding of employment laws and employee relations practices across EMEA jurisdictions.
β’ Experience aiding organizational change initiatives and restructures in the EMEA region.
β’ Proven ability to partner with Legal, HR Advisors/Business Partners, and leaders regarding complex employee relations issues.
β’ Capacity to analyze data and trends to identify potential employee relations challenges and formulate proactive solutions.
β’ Ability to build robust relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
β’ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
β’ Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
β’ Ability to uphold a high degree of discretion, confidentiality, and integrity.
