This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee investigations related to employment law matters from start to finish, collaborating closely with managers and HR teams.

• Provide guidance to HR Business Partners and relevant stakeholders on employment law and Employee Relations issues, ensuring adherence to legal standards and internal policies.

• Assume functional responsibility for complex Employee Relations cases and various misconduct situations.

• Manage and coordinate employment tribunal proceedings, Early Conciliation processes, and work in conjunction with both internal and external legal counsel.

• Examine Employee Relations metrics, produce regular reports, and identify trends along with recommendations for the organization.

• Assist with change management initiatives and HR projects, as well as contribute to the creation of HR policies, processes, and documentation.

• Foster the development of Employee Relations capabilities throughout the HR organization by providing coaching, training, and sharing best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in Employee Relations, Human Resources, or employment law, preferably in a complex operational setting.

• Proven experience in handling employment law cases and managing conflict situations.

• Exceptional advisory and communication skills, capable of professionally influencing and persuading a diverse range of stakeholders.

• Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis, report preparation, and formulating action-oriented recommendations.

• Strong initiative, outstanding organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple complex issues simultaneously.

• Proficiency in both written and spoken German and English is essential.

• A team-oriented individual with high integrity, a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach, and the ability to cultivate trusted relationships at all levels.
