Employee Relations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Lead investigations into employment law issues from start to finish, collaborating closely with managers and HR teams.

• Provide guidance to HR Business Partners and relevant stakeholders concerning employment law and Employee Relations topics.

• Ensure adherence to legal standards and internal policies.

• Take ownership of intricate Employee Relations and misconduct cases as a subject-matter expert.

• Oversee and coordinate employment tribunal proceedings, Early Conciliation processes, and work in conjunction with both internal and external legal advisors.

• Examine Employee Relations metrics, generate reports, and identify trends along with actionable recommendations.

• Assist in change management efforts and HR projects, as well as in the formulation of HR policies, processes, and documentation.

• Enhance Employee Relations capabilities through coaching, training, and sharing best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in Employee Relations, Human Resources, or employment law, preferably in a complex operational context.

• Proven experience in managing employment law cases and navigating conflict situations.

• Exceptional advisory and communication abilities, with a talent for professionally influencing and persuading various stakeholders.

• Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis, report preparation, and the development of actionable recommendations.

• Strong initiative, outstanding organizational skills, and the capability to manage multiple complex topics at once.

• Proficient in both written and spoken German and English is essential.

• Team-oriented individual with integrity, a pragmatic solutions-focused approach, and the ability to cultivate trusting relationships at all levels.
