Employee Relations & Ethics Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Evaluate incoming ethics hotline complaints and create actionable investigation strategies.

• Execute impartial and confidential investigations into allegations of fraud, conflicts of interest, bribery, and ethical violations.

• Conduct internal audits to assess adherence to company policies and procedures.

• Gather, document, and analyze evidence effectively.

• Carry out interviews with witnesses and subjects involved.

• Collaborate with Human Resources, Legal, Internal Audit, external counsel, and subject matter experts.

• Examine investigation data to recognize patterns and reduce compliance risks.

• Propose policy and procedural modifications to the leadership team.

• Organize and execute operational and internal audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with both internal policies and external regulations.

• Prepare detailed investigation and audit reports for senior management review.

• Facilitate ethics training and awareness programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of professional experience in internal auditing, corporate investigations, or compliance in human resources.

• Exceptional analytical and critical-thinking abilities.

• Advanced skills in interviewing.

• High emotional intelligence coupled with objective judgment.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.

• Unwavering integrity and the capacity to maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive personal information.

• Must be open to traveling 50% of the time.
