This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
β’ Design and execute programs and tools that enable confidential communication channels for employees, collaborating closely with the Employee Relations Manager.
β’ Aid in the development and application of company-wide policies and procedures related to employee relations.
β’ Address employee complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner while safeguarding the interests of all parties involved.
β’ Conduct investigations into reported violations and suggest appropriate corrective actions.
β’ Maintain precise and timely records of case files, documentation, follow-ups, performance improvement plans, and disciplinary actions.
β’ Offer guidance, coaching, and counseling to Human Resources and leadership on critical employee relations issues.
β’ Contribute to internal initiatives, training development, and projects aimed at continuous improvement across HR/ER.
β’ Identify and propose enhancements to processes, procedures, policies, and technologies.
β’ Assess employee relations case risk levels and determine routing in accordance with escalation protocols.
β’ Assist in the monitoring, analysis, and evaluation of case management processes and systems to meet business needs and ensure compliance.
β’ Establish reporting mechanisms for metrics related to employee relations, analyze trends, and propose strategies to improve engagement and decrease turnover.
β’ Seek out opportunities to optimize processes and enhance interpersonal and team dynamics.
β’ Keep abreast of state and federal employment laws and regulations.
β’ Foster relationships with HR, legal, and other pertinent teams to ensure alignment and collaboration on employee relations issues.
β’ Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR or related experience.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
β’ Professional HR Certification is preferred but not mandatory.
β’ Proven expertise in employee and/or labor relations strategy.
β’ Comprehensive understanding of HR policies and procedures.
β’ Familiarity with Federal and State regulations, including EEO laws and regulations.
β’ Ability to work collaboratively and exert influence effectively.
β’ Capacity to share information while maintaining a balance between transparency and confidentiality.
β’ Skill in delivering feedback and difficult messages in an unbiased, direct, constructive, and sincere manner.
β’ Strong critical thinking abilities to synthesize data, resolve complex problems, draw conclusions, and make recommendations.
β’ Competence in objectively evaluating alternative approaches and assessing their impact on individuals and the business.
