Employee Relations Advisor – 9 Month FTC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Take the lead on a diverse range of complex employee relations cases from start to finish.

• Oversee dismissals, appeals, and preparation for tribunal proceedings.

• Support leaders in navigating organisational design, restructuring, and redundancy initiatives.

• Represent the company virtually in sensitive grievances, disciplinary matters, and collective consultations.

• Revise policies to align with evolving UK&I legislation.

• Enhance team capabilities through best-practice training initiatives.

• Partner with the broader HR team on strategic projects aimed at enhancing service delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated success in managing a highly intricate and sensitive employee relations caseload within a focused advisory or specialist setting.

• Comprehensive, current understanding of UK&I employment law.

• Hands-on experience in executing change programs, organisational restructuring, trade union consultations, and preparing for employment tribunals.

• CIPD qualification.

• A pragmatic approach to problem-solving with a commercial, solution-driven mindset.

• Skills in stakeholder management and the ability to cultivate trusted relationships while effectively challenging leaders at all levels.

• Capability to juggle competing priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Proficiency in articulating complex legal advice in a clear manner.

• Strong collaborative judgment and the discernment to know when to escalate issues.
