This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Design, develop, implement, assess, and maintain employee learning programs and initiatives.
• Plan, coordinate, deliver, evaluate, and continually enhance both new and recurring programs.
• Perform needs assessments, establish measurable learning outcomes, and develop learner-centered solutions utilizing ADDIE and adult learning principles.
• Employ disciplined project management techniques throughout all stages of learning initiative development.
• Define project scope, schedules, baselines, milestones, dependencies, responsibilities, resource needs, and risk management strategies.
• Manage work plans, workflows, reports, and dashboards using project management tools, RACI tables, RAID logs, decision logs, weighted decision-making matrices, and other methodologies.
• Track progress, identify challenges and cross-project implications, frame options, propose solutions, secure decisions, and escalate issues as necessary.
• Create and develop accessible, inclusive learning materials for eLearning, virtual and instructor-led sessions, job aids, facilitator guides, and supporting resources.
• Facilitate learning and provide support to facilitators.
• Ensure quality and consistency across all learning materials.
• Evaluate learner experiences, knowledge, skill development, application, and organizational impact.
• Leverage evaluation findings, stakeholder feedback, and emerging practices to refine content, delivery methods, and established programs.
• Collaborate with colleagues, senior executives, vendors, stakeholders, and subject-matter experts.
• Bachelor’s degree in adult education, instructional design, organizational development, business, project management, or a related discipline, along with up to four years of progressive and relevant experience.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Comprehensive knowledge and practical application of ADDIE and adult learning principles.
• Experience in needs assessment, measurable learning objectives, instructional and content design, facilitation, implementation planning, and learning evaluation.
• Experience in designing accessible, inclusive learning solutions across various formats.
• Experience in facilitating learning or providing support to facilitators.
• Required experience in coordinating recurring or annual learning programs.
• Advanced proficiency with online project management or work management software.
• Strong understanding of project scope, baselines, milestones, dependencies, resources, and risks.
• Expertise in generating reports and dashboards that integrate project indicators with learning metrics.
• Familiarity with RACI tables, RAID and decision logs, process maps, and weighted decision-making matrices.
• Sound judgement and initiative in situations where information is incomplete or priorities are subject to change.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills.
• Experience collaborating with colleagues, senior executives, vendors, subject-matter experts, and stakeholders.
• Project management certification or equivalent credential is considered an asset.
